Question Need to Buy the Raja Ampat Marine Park Card

With my 2023 trip to RA, Sorido Bay took care of obtaining my marine park card. I'm heading back to RA in March 2025 and I'm getting the MP card on my own. Couple of questions: Is this the best way to get my own MP card?
Do they send it to me in the U.S. or do I pick it up at the Waisai harbor after getting off the ferry?
I also read you can get the card in Sorong. I'll be there two days before my diving starts. Do you know where I could get it in Sorong? Is it instantly printed and I take it with me?

The usual way most visitors used last time(s) I've been there was to issue the permit upon arrival to Waisai. There is a dedicated office for this (together with the tourist info office which is also the meeting point for homestay pick ups) here: Tourist information - National Park Ticket Sale · HRH9+W9G, Waisai, Raja Ampat Regency, West Papua 98482, Indonesien

No idea how the online thing works - I'd guess they just issue an electronic permit (eg with a QR code or something) for you to print and have with you. I don't think they would bother posting you a physical tag like the ones that they used to give.
