Has anyone stayed at the Treasure Isand Condo's and if you did how was it???

If not can someone suggest a nice condo for four to six people on grand caymen, 7 mile beach, with a good amount of amenites for people who dive and don't dive ie pool, restaurant, etc...

help i can't trust the ads....

:)

Cayman Villas (www.caymanvillas.com) is a leasing agent that manages numerous properties along seven mile beach and all over Grand Cayman.

We booked a property through them, the Sundowner, last May that was outstanding. It was on a secluded section of the north end of seven mile beach with two bedrooms, two baths full kitchen, washer and dryer. It was two levels with a balcony below and a sundeck on top (complete with grill) for just over $200 tax and maid service included. I highly recommend them.

The times I've stayed, we were at the far end of 7 mile beach (in West Bay) at Nautilus Apartments. They have condos, one cottage, and one efficiency.

There's no pool, but with the water 20 yards (meters) from your back door, who needs one. The condo's have two bedrooms: One with a full size bed, and the other with two twin beds.

You'd definitely need a rental car for this one, but it's in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the landlords (Frank & Beth) live across the street. There's a small cafe and a gas station within walking distance, but that's about it.

I really like the location and it's tough to beat the view from the back door. (That's from one of our trips).

We took advantage of the full kitchen by stocking up at the Grocery store. That saved on the food bill. And it's nice not to have to share the beach and patio furniture with lot's of other people.

I'm sure that no matter what you pick, it should be a great trip.
