Need some help with diving this weekend, please??!!

I know this is last minute, but my husband and I are flying into Tokyo on Thursday, and we were hoping to do some diving on Fri or Sat...we were going to use Mar Scuba, but they dont have anyone available...just wondering if anyone has any other suggestions for me...We are not opposed to shore dives...just not sure if we should try to tackle it ourselves?? We are adv divers, and from Oregon - so used to cold, low viz diving. Also - are there places to rent gear in Atami? Or do we need to take care of that stuff in Tokyo??
