Have an Oly 5060, PT20 housing, YS90 auto strobe. Strobe setting ...2.8, Auto 2. Camera on Auto focus. Seems as though I am still too hot with the strobe....photos seem too bright, not quite blown out.......taking pictures in Puget sound, 40-70 fsw. I am a novice, looking for any advice. Thanks!!

You state that you are using auto settings for the strobe and auto focus for the camera. This camera offers full manual control. If you are getting blown out shots from your strobe you can try some of the following:
Use the camera's manual control mode.
Set your ƒ stop to a higher number, this reduces the amount of light coming through the lens and increases your depth of field.
Use your shutter speed to control your background lighting. Faster speeds (100-300+ will give you darker more saturated background lighting.
Use your strobe controls to illuminate your subject properly.
If you're unable to get a satisfactory exposure, then try adjusting your camera's ISO setting.
