Need Service Manual for the BX Power Inflator

I need to the service manual for the BX inflator to take mine apart as it's sticking. Where do I find this?

You don't. Zeagle will not sell you the parts claiming it is life support equipment and can only be serviced by an authorized dealer. However, you can purchase a Zeagle BC maintenance kit from Northeast Scuba Supply that has the Schrader valve module needed to fix most of the "sticking" problems.

Frogkick has the non-BX manual. IDK if they're similar enough internally but it will probably get you started in the right direction.

Thanks. This is what I used as it looks like the internals are identical. I took the power inflator button and the parts with the O ring out and put silicone grease on the O rings, reassembled and the sticking is gone. My experience is that this has to be done every couple of years.

The BX Inflator and the earlier Zeagle inflator are identical internally. They just added the hose threads on the end.
