I try to give my daughter good guidance on things I think I know, but she booked a cruise anyway. :shocked2: She and my grandson will be arriving on the Carnival's Carnival Ecstasy one Wednesday in January: 7am to 3pm in port per the schedule, and he thinks he wants to deep sea fish. I've never been there and really don't know who to send them with?
I think they'd prefer a big, easy cattle boat with room to move and a head if needed. They are good campers but not divers, and she is even prone to motion sickness! She wasn't as a kid, I taught her better, but people change. Wonderful mom & teacher, but I hope she doesn't feed the fishes - or my grandson gets good pics.
I think they might switch to a nature excursion tho. Looks a lot more interesting to me than a round-trip boat ride to nowhere, and he does like almost anything in nature. I have a clip of him and his little sis playing with a daddylonglegs spider somewhere.
They invited me to go, but being on a Carnival barge is like being locked up in a nice hotel mostly, boring. I'd go stir crazy. So, who should they book with?
