How can anyone even begin to consider the question of DCS without at least mentioning depth and time?
Need more expert opinion...

Well, you have to figure certification dives are under 60 feet, and average about 20 to 25 minutes. Absent a ballistic ascent, it's highly unlikely someone is going to have DCS from those dives. On the other hand, a prolonged cramp can leave a muscle sore for several days.
