need help

Hi, i am new to this underwater photography thing and i wanted to get a camera but am unsure of what kind to get. i work at the sports authority and get 25% off everything so i was thinking of getting a sealife dc600 with digital strobe just because of the 25% off. i dont need anything too crazy after all im just a poor college student but any advice would be great. Thanks

Personally I'd head for one of the Canon A series offerings and skip the SeaLife, no matter the "deal" I got on it. YMMV
