Need help with installing a pee valve, please

ever seen a Si Tech exhaust valve? That's what it looks like, exactly, like, I think that's what it is. It has a hockey puck on the inside with a tube running off the side of the hockey puck. It unscrews like an exhaust valve, is plastic, I can't see any difference.
