Underwater chupacabra!
I would guess some type of blenny assuming it was blenny size. How big was it?
Enlarging and brightening, it appears to me that the "faces" (the big one and the little one below the big "mouth") are optical illusions, like the face on Mars: Face on Mars- is this real?
However, it looks like there might be three or four crustacean legs sticking out toward the right.
