I am new to diving and a recently certified Open Water and Nitrox diver. I am looking into purchasing an Air Analyzer to check Nitrox mixes, and after reading about the tragedy on the Baani Adventurer in May 2008, I am wondering if there are air analyzers that can test for CO and CO2 in addition to O2 concentrations? Also, are there any other gas concentrations that should be tested for? I would appreciate any recommendations for compact travel analyzers (including those to stay away from).
