need help regarding external strobe

my gear includes a c3040 Olympus camera & pt 005s uw housing.
I heard of 2 matching strobes which are the epoque ES150DS and the sea&sea YS90DX.
Which of them is the better purchase (efficiency against cost)?
Are ther any other strobes available?
 
Don't know anything about the Epoch. I'm very pleased with my S&S.

There's also Ikelite strobes available for the PT series housings.
