I am torn between these two cameras. Looking for a beach and snorkeling camera but would also like to have the option in the future of taking it deeper than the 10 or 12 meters while diving.
I have read of some fogging issues for the TS3 and that concerns me but there are reasonably priced UW housings for it. Any feedback on the TS3 and the optional Panasonic DMW-MCFT3 Underwater Housing combination? Video and picture quality? Ease of use? I see it has a hotshoe on the housing, can you add a strobe to this combination?
The Nikon is quite new and gets good reviews but I am unable to find an underwater housing for it at this time to allow me to go deeper.
