I found this while diving down in Fort Lauderdale. Not sure what the name of it is. I would appreciate some help.

I agree, it's impossible to tell from that angle (especially with the green color of the photo), but it's most likely either a Sand Diver or a Blue Striped Lizardfish.
 
Walter is absolutely correct. It is one of the two.
 
Depends on the size, probably a sand diver. I don't have the book with me right now, however, I do believe that the sand diver is the more common of the two here in Ft. Lauderdale.
