Need help- ID this Fish

I made this photograph in Cozumel last summer. I need to know what kind of fish it is? Can anyone help?

Thanks guys, I was told it was a sea Robin. Are they the same? I need a Fish Id course. That will come as soon as I complete my DM course.

Sea Robins and Flying Gunards are in the same family. Here is a link that will help you with fish identification.
