I am affraid you wont find one for $200 or less but I believe your best bet for a good reliable housing is going to be Ike-Lite , Light-n-Motion, Or possibley Sea and Sea.

I would try looking into those three and get a price range through them and then also look on E-bay. Good Luck and I wish I could be of more help!!

I don't think you'll find anything but this one:
http://store.aikotradingstore.com/ewdho.html
which is basically a ziplock bag with a lens. They are rated for 34 feet. If you're just going to snorkel with it or something, that would probably be fine. Otherwise, I'd suggest looking for a camera/housing combo in the buy/sell forum here or possibly on E-bay. Your camera is fully automatic, which doesn't work very well underwater, and even Olympus didn't support it with an underwater case. That said, you might look at something like the Olympus SP-320 and PT-030 housing that was mentioned in a previous post by Desert Eagle in the Olympus Forum. You can get the camera for $200 and the housing for about the same, and it works quite well underwater.

Any available housing for your camera will be listed on Digideep. I'm not familiar with your exact model but I think Larry C's correct.
