Need help with fish identification? we can name them too...

and I think this is a scrawled filefish... am I right?

The first is a whitespotted filefish, Cantherrhines macrocerus.

Yes, the second is the scrawled filefish, Aluterus scriptus. The colors have been tweaked a bit in that photo, as the markings should be bright blue rather than purple.
