Need Dive Buddy in SE Michigan

Long time diver in White Lake, MI looking for dive buddy. My previous dive buddy moved to Cleveland, OH. I have all of my own gear and a nice little dive boat (Boston Whaler). I was certified (PADI) on Guam in 1986, where the UW vis is 300+ feet. Have done most of my diving since then in inland lakes in SE michigan, mostly from shore. I consider myself a good safe diver who is not into risky behaviour. I believe in dive planning and diving the plan, but otherwise, I'm not terribly demanding. I'd like to find a buddy who has some experience and is looking to explore some of the better dive sites here in SE Michigan.

From what you've described, I'd think a lot of people would be looking for a buddy like yourself.

Howdy!

I just want to join the others in welcoming you to SB. Hope to get to know you around the forums. SE Michigan is a ways from the Great Lakes. You may do better in the Midwest Muck Divers club forum.

It's gonna' be a little quite around here for the next week, as our Florida friends hunker down to hide from a big storm, :sofa: then get their electricty going again, and many other members enjoy the holiday weekend. I'm In Ontario to dive the St.L myself, but I brough my laptop with me.
