I'm considering two Scubapro regs to use as backups. They are the S560 and the C370. Prices for each are about identical. Any insight as to which would be a better choice? One stage will be a Scubapro Mk25.

If it is a backup, then go with the more economical one. Most likely you won't notice the difference anyway.
I'd recommend buying used 2nd stage from reputable sellers as another alternative as well.

Both excellent choices. If both are the same price then go with the higher model.
