I use ULCS handles on my Subal (ND 20). I like the rubber grips, especially when carrying it topside. The bracket that attaches to the housing actually allows for more adjustment than the stock handles

Gudge and Alcina, thank you for the advice on the lenses. I did not realize the 50mm macro was Sigma, not Canon. O.K., I am putting both on my shopping list and continuing to study the lens subject further. ;)
Alcina, your thread at the pink signature link has tons of good advices. Thank you for taking the time to share all this knowledge with other divers trying to get better at taking UW pictures.

Manta Buddy:
Dave, thank you for the picture of your box with the ULCS handles. Have you dived with it both with Subal’s stock and ULCS handles or went straight to ULCS?

I went straight to the ULCS handles. I have the stock Subal handles too and put them on one time topside....never dove with them. Besides the ULCS feeling better in my hands, I like mounting my strobe arms on the handles and not the housing itself. Also, my hands are kind of small and I can get the handle on the shutter side closer than the stock one goes.

HTH,
Dave
