Need a school recommendation for my daughter

My daughter is 23 and a very "comfortable diver", she has an open water cert and about 200 dives mostly on liveaboard's in the south pacific. I would like to send her to a comprehensive training program somewhere in Australia. I'm thinking of a company that has more emphasis on the training aspect than one that has a main business of dive trips and a side business teaching...... if there is such a thing. I would like her to attend classes full time obtaining certifications through open water instructor with a host of specializations she might find of interest. If this were a school paired up with another that would also provide courses in Marine Biology or Reef Ecology this would be even better but probably asking too much.....

Any thoughts on schools that might provide this type of instruction?
