Need a good place to stay on north end of Marathon

Looking for advice on a place to stay at the north end of Marathon that has boat slips. I've stayed in some dumps down there and dont want to go through that again. Thanks.
 
the best is hawks cay resort on duck key, just north of marathon. pricey but excellent marina and dining and only a few miles from marathon. dive shop also on sight. check prices on expedia, orbitz etc. and avoid holidays!!!!!!!!!!
