Need a BPW friendly shop/instructor in GTA! Why is it so hard to find?

WOW! I have sent multiple people thru our local shops for certification with both PADI and SSI, and although a few comments were made (IE "Overkill for open water", etc) they have all gotten certified in a BP/W with long hose configuration.

After the pool work my partner, using a bungee backup and long hose commented, "I really like my setup as I always know where my backup reg is". The other gal was using a traditional octo setup.

No1 Padi rated dive store in Ontario, I believe is Float n Flag which is in Burlington, about 30 mins from Toronto. They have lots of specialty instructors and the best air fill system. I'd try there first.
