Ok - last weekend was a bust for us, but this weekend we are going to try to get wet...and I wanted to see who is going to be around, and where.
We have only dove in PTown off our own boat all summer long, and we're looking for a change and a little bit of company. We have no experience with any other locations (except our checkout dives), but I have read all your comments about RI all the way up to ME, and they look inviting! The reason I'm asking if anyone is going to be out is because I am unfamiliar with other areas, so I'd feel more comfortable if people I "know" are diving there too.
This is just a feeler to see if anyone is interested in showing two independent divers around, or if there are any suggestions on sites with decent vis, above-freezing water temps and easy navigation
Thanks for your replies!!

I can't dive this weekend but I happen to know a bunch of us will be at Ft. Wetherill Sat. Ocean State Scuba, our LDS will be leading a free fun dive around there if you can get down here before 10am. Apparently the vis. has been bleh all week but maybe it will be better. The water is still nice and warm 68ish. There's always something to see at Ft. Wetherill :)

Ah. I see you have the same dive planning i do.

I'm about 100 miles away, looking for a little deeper water. Might try to hop down there tomorrow...

Yeah, it's right around the corner. About a 2 minute drive or so.

We'll be at the Nubble (York Beach, Maine) tomorrow morning for a two tanker.

# of us are doing cape ann tomorrow. boat leaves at 1:00 pm, be at the shop at 12:00. Diving the Haight, and pin. rock, There were 3 spots left on the little boat, come on down! Call the shop first to make sure the spots are there still.

If I want so behind on school work Ide grab that spot. Those are great dives. Hope you have a great trip Dave and safe diving to all of ya's

Chris

Unless the dive gets canceled, in which I doubt it. I am going on a lobsta dive with the Day Breaker out of GLouscester this Saturday.
