It looks like you also need the hinged mounting ring for another $260. There is a mention of it in issue 76 page 16 of UwP Magazine, but I haven't seen a review yet.

I thought that it has 67 mm thread which would screw right into the zen macro port. No?

Maybe??? The nice thing about a "flip" option is you can quickly swing it in place when needed. The lens has a pretty narrow operating range to be committed to the whole dive unless you are after something very specific rather than taking photos of opportunity. I am sure the staff at Reef can explain more. Please let us know what you learn.

You could put it on a 67mm caddy, but a flip adapter is easier.

I have the Saga, which I prefer over the Nauticam flip.

Saga? Got links? I've never used a wet lens. What should we look for that makes it better?

They make a double as well (linked at bottom of the page I linked).

I use an Inon UCL-165m67 wet macro lens with my nikon 105 macro, carried over from my compact camera I used to shoot underwater.

Yes, that is why you don't NEED the hinge, but you probably want it.
