NAUI Cert is a Done Deal!!

OK, so this post is no more than a blatant request for some pat's on the back and maybe a few cyber hugs from the female divers :10: but, hey, after 10 years of staring at this goal without taking any action to "git r done" I completed my requirements for my C Card yesterday!!! Yep, 10 trips to the classroom and pool the last of my 5 OW checkout dives got into the logbook yesterday at Dutch Springs!! Great class, super instructors and the diving was outstanding. Yes, I was a bit apprehensive about diving in the cold water with limited viz but it went well. The final dive yesterday was a blast because it was relaxing dive without the need to perform structured skills. I was amazed how much easier it was to control my bouyancy when I was relaxed and just enjoying the dive. Look out Bonaire!!! You're next!!!

Mike, Way to go. I finished my check out Dives at Dutch two weeks ago. I thought the water was still pretty warm. Hope you had fun and maybe I'll catch you up there sometime. Have fun in Bonaire....I've got my honeymoon in Fiji!
