i thought someone could give me an idea on their fresh vs salt water dive weighting

Take your total weight when diving in fresh water. You, your suit, your lead, your BCD, tank, fins and all and multiply the total by .02 and add that to your fresh water setup and you won't be far off.

so take my total dry weight with all gear on as if i stepped on bathroom scales and multiply that by .02
