Name this critter!
Found at Shelly Beach (Sydney, Australia, for all you out of town folk), residing on a rocky reef, 2 ~ 3m depth.
Small but not tiny, about 75 ~ 100mm (3" - 4" for those playing via imperial units).

Any ideas?
