One of the best names I've ever heard for a boat is "Dain Bramage".
You may need to HEAR it to get it.
Sounds great on the marine radio.

We had a dairy farm in our early twenties. She made it clear then that she didn't want any cows named after her.

She has since re-enforced her thoughts along such lines when it comes to naming boats.

Naming boats after a woman in your life (even your wife, daughter, etc) is a spectacularly bad idea.
