N2ition LCD

The LCD on my N2ition seems to be giving up the ghost. I can only see partial numbers and/or letters on the display (all modes).
Any suggestions or should I send it back? It's still under warranty.

Partial LCD segment loss is a screen problem
Screen fade is a low power issue.

Just a follow up.....
I mailed it on a Monday and had another computer on Thursday! Granted, I only live about 70 miles from Zephyrhills but you're not gonna find better customer service than that!
