We found this guy the other night on the rocks at the breakwater. I've been through the Behrens/Hermosillo book several times and can't seem to find a match. Anybody know what it is?

It's not a nudibranch; it's a sponge (possibly a tunicate).
 
That's what I thought at first, but I got a couple of other opinions and they agree that the sort of tubular thing sticking up on the left is a rhinophore sheath. That's confirmed by looking just below it and to the left, where you can see the other rhinophore sticking out of a similar sheath. It's hard to see, but it's there. And it was moving in a slug-like fashion.
