I stayed at RADL two years ago.
The good thing about this resort is that for reasons known only from the tour operators, it has gone below their radar, hence it is probably one of the less populated in the midmarket range. I guess they are mostly targeting Singapore/Malaysia/HongKong divers but probably still too expensive. Therefore you might get a boat and a DM for yourself, that's what happened to me and the guides from Manado were very good.
The wooden bungalows are quite nice with aircon, the bathrooms were big but a bit tired. Thier pier is excellent for relaxing and starting night dives (blue ring, toadfish, mandarins and all sorts of interesting critters) .
One thing I would complain of is the food, which is not in huge quantities and that I would qualify as lacking any taste (kind of chilli mellowed and greasy indonesian). Fruit is sparse and that's the only dessert you will get.
On the other hand the location for diving is great, almost as central as Kri from the best divespots, on the landside you will never get enough from the spectacle of the sulphur crested lorikeets playing in the high trees growin in the steep jungle around. This is really beautiful when at Sunset time.
Sorido bay is at least one market above RADL, it is an expensive resort built on concrete bungalows, located on Kri in fornt of the mythical Cape Kri dive site. If you have the money for then you may go for it, it competes with the Raja4divers on the same upmarket range, I would favor R4D for the land arrangements and the swiss management, though i've never been to any of them.
Another resort you can check which has remarkable feedback and conveniently is Papua Explorers, though it looks like it's always full. I couldn't book for march this year.
