Hi,

I'm new to this forum and was hoping to get some help. I am looking for an entry level torch for checking out neuks and crannies (overhangs/small holes etc), as opposed to for night diving. There is a bewildering selection on the internet dive shops eg simply scuba so I just thought I would get some expert advice. I was thinking about the Princeton Tec 400 - any thoughts on whether this would be a good one to go for. Budget would be be up to about £100/$200.

For background info, I have logged about 200 dives, mainly in the Caribbean. I am going to give diving in Scotland another go next weekend, which I am looking forward to, apart from the fact it's been snowing here (again!). This torch would be for the warm water places with the better visibility.

Cheers
Sandra
