I'm using a Canon 5D mk II in an Aquatica Housing, with 2 Ikelite DS-161 strobes on a non-ttl chord, everything on manual. Each strobe has it's own sync chord, rather than one of those Y adapters. When I test my camera on land both strobes fire each time I press the shutter. Then I take my camera on a dive minutes later and neither of the strobes fire. Does anyone know what might be causing them to fail in the water? This has happened the last 2 dives for me. Thanks for any help.

Is this a new housing for you? Or is this one you have dove with success for awhile? Dumb question is are both sync ports on the housing dry when you come up and pull the sync cords out? If so then sounds like the pressure is causing a short somewhere in the housing, in the circuitry between the hotshoe and your sync ports. If new I would just send it back to the shop you bought it from. If older than it's a matter of working backwards from the sync ports to see where the problem is, fairly limited spots, cords, circuit board, or the shoe that plugs into your camera hotshoe. Otherwise you can contact Jean at Aquatica and he may have a solution.
