Finally, we check out the Pegasus BCD last weekend. It took almost two weeks to get the product from Chicago.
1. Pegasus BCD:
Pros:
Durable feeling: I dont see any differences compared to SP Knighthawk
Price,
Solid tank straps,
Stable buoyancy.
Cons:
Really heavy,
Large, You should be careful to order yours. Their size is larger than any other brands in the same size range.
Major cons:
No cummerbund (Major disadvantage). There is only buckle clip.
No storage pouch. We cant keep anything without clips.
The location of two front plastic D-rings is not convenient and user friendly designed.
The Pegasus was only option for the small size to us. If you are looking for a larger size than the small, please go with ORION. There is no issue here.
2. Titan Bag,
Pros:
Price
Size. You can put your all gear except your tank.
Big fin compartment.
Cons:
Bulky design, It is just a block design. Dont expect any round on the bag.
Too many and large company logos. It shouts the company name.
The side carrying handles should be located in other side. Otherwise, the contents of two zipper side bags will be easily collapsed.
Overall, it is a great bag in that price if you dont mind the design at all.
3. Wetsuit, 7mm one piece.
Pros:
Price
Really warm
Durable feeling
Cons:
TOO~~~Too bulky zippers. You really need to have a large glove to cover your wrist area.
Ugly color points (yellow, orange, or blue). Please dont put any additional color on the based color. To make it simple is much better on this wetsuit.
Slow dry
Please dont come out of water so often with this wetsuit because you cant expect any luxurious or nice looking.
3. Marker buoy.
Pros:
Price
Cons:
THE COLOR OF MARKER BUOY RUNS IN THE WATER. YOU SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL. A cheap thing will cost you dear on this item.
I cant believe that the color runs in the water. What kind of dye are they using?
In conclusion, we are satisfied with the products except the Marker Buoy. There are no different in functional wise between Triple-L and ScubaPro. It is a good choice for the budget divers. But, if you consider the design and nice looking, these arent your gear.
Do you think that I can exchange the marker buoy?
Please let me know if you have any questions about the product above.
Safe dive!
