My New Post Doesn't Show Up Unless I Select Recent Posts?

I created a new post, but I don't see it listed under New Posts unless I select "Recent Posts" on the right. Other new posts are appearing. Also, others have said they don't see my post under New Posts either. Any thoughts?

Apparently until someone else responds to your post - or some preset interval is met, that's currently the case. It might be because the developers thought that if you posted it, you know about it. We're looking into it.

Right now the simplest solution to see your own posts in New Posts appears to be selecting the Recent Posts link at the top right of the posts listing. I haven't verified this works though so if it doesn't please report that here.

Yep. That's it. Thanks for checking. I wonder why it showed up for you and not the other guy. Ah well, we'll chalk it up to gremlins.

He would have the same issue if he'd read it earlier before checking for it in New Posts.

Any reason why there's still a list of posts even after I've hit "Mark Forums Read?" It shows new posts in bold, but it also shows 9 pages of the most recent posts. Or would fixing that break NYCNaiad's issue again?
