In talking with my spouse regarding next year's Bonaire trip I realized that "to date" my favorite single spot anywhere is
the breakfast area at Buddy Dive.

Food is OK - view is fantastic - location is top shelf - other diver's to lie to - can feed the fish stale bread - what's not to like!

One year and counting - You know that if I won the power ball I could dive more - but since I have never even seen a ticket (let along purchased one) the odds are pretty slim!

DD - my morning treat is to sit along the outside edge tables and watch the divers below. Especially the boats early in the week (what part of "get on - sit down" did you not understand?). I don't believe half the stuff I see. Food is hearty, Magda keeps things moving along, bring a mug from your room for coffee (too small in the breakfast area) and watch out the birds don't steal your food! BD is my favorite trip every year...5 months down 7 months to go.

We mentioned to them to string FISHING LINE between the columns around the perimeter to keep birds from getting so personal up there.
We'll find out in October if it works...

Lunch between dives at La Balandra, on a pier jutting out from the marina by Harbour Village, is my favorite spot on Bonaire.

DiverVince: where is that nice strip of sand hiding?

Shhh...it's a well guarded secret...Really, it's only a click away..VINIBU @ Bellevue..And in reality it's even nicer than the pics show.

Hah... marking that down for next time. Seems to me I recall driving by that building.
