I have a UK300 that appears identical, or very similiar to this. Makes a great backup for the chest d-ring and is much less than the Scout.

They had some early last year under the trade name "Hubbel Light" (identicle), and I bought a few. Unfortunately, they later changed designs to incoporate a pressure switch, and these new ones weren't scuba-suitable (although a great light otherwise).

But I'm going down there today, I'll check.
