For what it's worth, the owners of the dive operation at the time this "accident" occurred have been released from the civil suit filed on behalf of the decedent. The only defendant now is the boyfriend. Apparently, even the attorney for the victim and her family finally realized the boyfriend's story doesn't make sense.
