Mozambique - August - Good Time?

I am thinking of going to Mozambique in August. I have never been there. Is this a good time? What should I expect in terms of weather and water temperature?

August is mild about 23 celcius water temp about the same, but good diving all year round. Tofo in north will be warmer the south. But never realy cold.
