Moving to up state NY

I will be moving to up state NY (Watertown / Alexandria bay area) early this summer. Are there any PADI CDs in that area? I would be looking to earn my PADI TEC Trimix instructor rating if there is anyone local. Looking forward to meeting some of you all and the wreck diving when I get there.

We are PADI in the a bay Clayton area.

But tech stuff for us goes down the TDI path. I have a large pool of instructors who travel here since it's a great area to dive, and will do free lance classes.
