Probably the Canon 16-35/2.8 II and Zen superdome or nauticam 10" glass dome with 70mm extension ring for best corner sharpness - and a hefty cost (near 4k just for that stuff new)

Canon 17-40/4L or 16-35/4 maybe a good option with 8.5" nauitcam dome or similar Zen glass dome.

Edit: Seem the Sea&Sea 10" dome with a Nauticam adapter ring is a good option for a lot less $$ for rectilinear lenses like 16-35 -- $730 for both!

I have the Sigma 15mm FE and Zen 170mm dome on my full frame Nikon (D810), but the Fisheye lens is not so useful on land as you know.
