Another useful thing before you do the course is get your finning technique down so that gliding 8-12 inches off the bottom does not stir it up. A frog or modified frog will do nicely. Then when you need to conduct a search and stay between a foot or two off it's no big deal.

For the S&R Adventure dive you should have to tie a Bowline, SheetBend and Double Half Hitch Knots both above and UnderH2O. Then do a planned search pattern to find some object. Then use a lift bag to move the object somewhere. At least thats what I have my students do.
