If I'm willing to work as an instructor later it seems wise to be PADI-certified, since PADI is ubiquitous. So it seems relevant to know beforehand about crossover (is that the name?) costs - how much you have to pay to have a PADI instructor equivalent C-card for your CMAS or PSAI certification. I haven't found a good source for these prices or the procedures. Can anyone help?

I am open to be persuaded that it's too costly to go PADI later, or that it's simply unnecessary.
