Hi everyone.
I hear there are more divers per capita in Colorado than in any other state inthe US, but I have not been that active in the last few years. Did several NAUI courses in the early 80's (ending with Advanced) in San Diego where I lived for many years and went on to do some great diving in many parts of the world...including a stint living and working on Lizard Island, Australia. Alas, other than a trip to Koh Tao in '00, I have not been diving. That's about to change. I've booked a Red Sea holiday on the Suzanna 1 and am servicing my Nikonos 15mm lens and looking to buy a newish Ikelite strobe. I've been reading the posts on this site for a few weeks and thought I'd come in from the cold. Can't wait to get wet again!

HI Tsunami:
Looks like you'll be back diving again soon. Have fun and enjoy scuba board.
Dive Safe!

Welcome to the Board. You must give us a trip report when you get back. Sounds like wonderful trip. What unique jewerly - you will have to add a line of dive creations.

"I hear there are more divers per capita in Colorado than in any other state inthe US..."
I've heard that before, and wonder where it started. Liklihood of being true is quite low, compared to Floriday, California, other seaside states. We are having a Dive Party at Santa Rosa NM next weekend, if you're interested...?

But if you have not been diving in 4 years, what training are you planning? Wouldn't be a bad idea to start over with OW.

Thanks for the welcome! I'd attend the party in NM, but am scrambling with tying up all the loose ends before leaving on a months holiday. (A weeks diving combined with a week and a half biking in Italy and some time with friends in England). Thanks for the commentson the jewelry. We do a number of sea life pieces, but you're right... nothing specific to diving. Will have to start creating again! Happy to be on board!
