Mount Storm Updated Rules and Regulations?

My wife and I dive at mount storm quite a bit but took last year off during all the hoopla over divers,boaters and swimmers. I know that at the end of the season diving was reopened with some basic rules (clean trash, don't take up too much parking space, don't be an idiot and mouth off to DNR, respect others) however I've heard rumblings of updated rules and wanted to know if there are any more updates and if diving will resume this spring as normal.

Not to take away from your question, but is there a dive shop near MT. Storm for fills etc? Also, a more current web site.
