Most likely not, at least not from land. You can probably access it from the river, however, with all the rain here lately, Morrison is likely to be blown out from the river tannins.
 
So I am assuming that cypress would be the same way? I have only been there one time. Not sure how the rain affects that spring, if viz would be any good.
 
O ok. I was not sure exactly how bad the viz is at cypress when Morrison is flooded and the viz there is 0. I am not from that area so not sure what conditions are like. Sounds like I could still do Cypress on March 8
 
Cypress has a lot of surrounding high ground and a shallow/long run, coupled with very high flow, so is probably ok. I'm thinking about making a trip during the middle of the week since I'm off.
