The mooring buoys were removed from the C.B. Benson and Raleigh on November 10/04 for the winter months. The Benson's was replaced with lighter line and a bleach bottle which may or may not survive the winter. We left nothing on the Raleigh as it usually freezes over. Transport Canada has been notified and the removals will be covered by seasonal notice #2449.
