The 17 Fathom now has a jug on it. It had a floating rope on it earlier in the summer, but when we got to the spot on Sunday, we couldn't find the rope. So we dropped a shot line and landed on the wreck, I found the rope had become tangled in a mess on the deck of the 17 Fathom. I managed to get it sorted out, shot it to the surface with a lift bag, and we attached a green 4 litre jug with "105' " written on the side of the jug.
Water temp was around 47 degrees, and the vis opened up between 80 and 85 feet deep, and was a decent 20' or more vis on the wreck.
The wreck is in decent shape, some deadeyes on the dirt around the wreck, and it seems that most of the net has been cleaned up, but there is still some nets on the wreck that could cause a bad hang up.
