The mooring buoys on the Carlingford, J.D. McGrath, George Finnie and Niagara have been removed for the winter season. They have been replaced with lighter line and bleach bottles which may or maynot survive the winter. Transport Canada has been notified and the removals will be covered by seasonal notice #2449.

My thanks to Dave Mekker and Wayne Rush for removing the buoys and to Jim Herbert of Osprey Dive Charters for running them out on the 75" Horizon.
